What Is an Asset Based Capital?

An asset based capital (ABC) is a debt structured capital infusion into your company based upon asset holdings. The capital injection can be short term, seven months to long term, a years or more extended roll over period to cover expenses or investments as needed. The company must not have any serious accounting, legal, or tax issues which could encumber the assets. Whether there are any encumbrances on the collateral, our team must inspect the accounting books onsite and review key man personnel.
